Hey guys I wanted to know I it's possible for discus to breed when they are stunted at full age. Thanks

Full age doesn't really mean anything. Maturity is more accurate, defined by the ability to reproduce. Yes, they can breed even if stunted. If they are extremely stunted there may be issues, at least with their productivity (they may not lay as many eggs or as often).

Cold blooded animals never actually stop growing. Their growth rate can dramatically slow, but they will still keep growing.
