Is it normal for juveniles to wait for my nls to settle on the ground before they eat. I'm glad to see all of them eating meals. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't dew to stress. 4 out of the seven will eat no matter wat.

Yea I would say it's normal. Discus in the wild are foraging fish and they pick at the substrate all day long searching for food.

So two of my discus hide alot. The others come right up to the front soon as they see me close. Are the other two stressed or are some just different

I have one that's a hider he eats fine. I just put food by his spot and he knows what time it is. How big are the 2 that are hiding? Also do they hide together? Maybe pairing.

Ok it's probably nothing they are all different. Some of mine forage all day some just find a spot and some are just all over the tank.
