Just like it says, do you guys feed them vegetables, if so how do you prepare them and what do you feed them?

Depends on the type of cichlid. I've only ever fed my mbuna New Life Spectrum. They have gorgeous color, breed weekly, and are HUGE. If a food is complete, it's not necessary to feed veggies, especially if they're not herbivorous.

I feed mine a mixture of peas and squash. They love it and mixed in is some brine shrimp.

I have mbuna and peacocks, I'm already feeding
them nls, just wondering if I should use a substitute

I have always heard that demasoni cichlids shoukd be feed veggies, not true??

I feed my mbunas peas, helps with digestion. After that I go a day without feeding them. I have a dozen Demasoni and they love the peas. I also feed NLS and flake food, wide variety.

I feed my Discus and Angels crushed green peas and red bell pepper pieces. They love the variety. Occasionally I feed fresh green leaf spinach.
