Double ID

Can someone ID these two Africans for me please.The buyer has no clue what he's bought.
I'm guessing the second is a peacock of some sort.

Second looks like some sort of neolamprologus or lamprologus, maybe neolamprologus tetracanthus?

No help on the peacock at that age; young peacocks have never been my forte. The second is a Neolamprologus tetracanthus, as Freakgecko suspected.
