Can I keep a pare of Kribensis in a 10g if not than what dwarf can I fit in that size tank I would like a breeding pare and don't say shell dweller I am aware of that

That'd be tight imo, you could do a pair of apistos.

I would want at least a 20 for kribs.

A small to moderately sized Apistogramma species are the easiest to recommend. Something like A. borellii is usually a good choice.
