EBJD with teeth!

[Fishy Smell]

My EBJD seems to have developed part of a human type row of teeth on his bottom lip. There's about 3 in a row. He's about 4" and they seem to have appeared all of a sudden. Not sure if it is teeth or something else but does this sound familiar to anyone?

I sure it is the Texas jag I have has some huge teeth that can do some nasty damage.
