Finally, I am sure that one of my labs is carrying. She's got the poofy chin/throat. She comes out to watch others eat, but does not eat. She lurks down around nook and crannies. She's only about 1.5" though, so I'm not planning on her to make it all the way to spitting the fry, from what I read here. I don't want to strip her or QT her. I'm just going to let nature take it's course. It is exciting though, because that means that more breeding is likely to occur. This is the first time that I've experienced this in a Cichlid tank.
 
it is very exciting. i have 22 tanks set up and i get excited like that atleast 3 or 4 times a week. its like having your own little children. good job

22 tanks! Wow! How do you get anything else done with all of the PWCs?
