What do you need to know for il I live in the northwest suburbs

Okay guys if I am going to do this correctly I have to some stuff for the state and country before I can sell fish at all. I have to get a breeder permit to transport this many fish and to produce this many and let the city know. I also need to set up a LLC I believe before I can become a vendor. I am getting all of this legallized soon so we can get you some of these awesome fish. wish me luck

Yea that's needed if you are going to be selling so much and if you are going to use a business name. If its just a hobby out of the basement or whatever unless your city says so permitting is not necessary. What part of the state are you moving to hopefully near me

Does anyone know if I can sell three spawns worth of 3inch fish without getting in trouble?

Yea you would be fine, if your moving to northern Illinois I might be interested as well. I know many people breed and sell not only fish but all sorts of critters here. I am planning on breeding snakes in not to long
