Favorite Cichlid

I think my favorite is the Jaguar or the Oscar.

Not owned a Jaguar, i think they get a bit too big. They look great though. Oscars are up there but Salvini's and JD's top my list.

Yea they get real big haha, they rival the bass ive kept.
Ive never kept any of those type, but I hear they are great fish!

I like Jewel cichlid, especially when they are paired and are breeding, such amazing colors

That Aureus is absolutely stunning, not convinced on the other 2 though.

If all green terrors looked like that I'd agree that they are the best. Going to look at one on Saturday that's 5" so fingers crossed it's even close to that standard.

My favourites aren't anything exciting or common but I just love their looks and personalities (Mbunas especially)

What a perfectly beautiful specimen of a green terror. Congrats. My favorites are blue rams. Working on a build now to house a pair. Sorry no pics yet.
