Feeding

I am wondering I fast my fish once a week usually Saturdays. When I go to feed them the next day they don't seem to eat or even be interested. They start to eat again the following day not to worried just wanted to know if this happens yo anyone else or if it's normal.. Thanks

I got an 8 inch tiger oscar and an green terror about 6 6.5 inches. I want to rehome green terror but got no takers
