feeding by hand

Hey everyone just wondering if there's a special technique on teaching your fish from eating from your hand I seen some videos on YouTube and was amazed it's mostly for my parrot cichlid

You can put your hand in the water at feeding time, not making swift movements. Once they get used to your hand being in the water they will know when the hands in its feeding time. Some of my fish took onto this very quickly and some still wont eat out of my hand. Lots of my fish attack my hand when im cleaning the tank.

Awesome I'm gonna try that thanks for the advice does it hurt when they attack lol
