feeding mosquito larvae?

I have a 55 gallon tank with one strawberry peacock, 4 cobalt blue, 2 electric yellow, and 2 ob zebra. I also just had a cobalt blue zebra eaten to death... what should my numbers be increased to? Can I get mosquito larvae out of my pond and feed it to them? Last uear I fed my make guppies it and they loved it. What about with goldfish? Id assume I can since they usually go in ponds and woild eat them all.

I put a bucket out in the summer. Wait for skeeter larvae and feed it to my Bettas, tetras, and live bearers. Just keep an eye on the water so the larvae do not become adults.
