Feeding tangs

There are a million and one opinions on feeding regimes on the Internet. Can anybody offer their recommended schedule for feeding a Lake Tang community specifically? I'm thinking two times a day what they can eat in 30 seconds or so. They're juvies, so no fasting until they're big, correct?

NLS .5mm small fish formula once a day, then switch to 1mm Thera-A when they get bigger.

About how much should I put in the tank?

Depends on the amount of fish you have, whatever they can eat in about 30-45 seconds is normally my rule of thumb.
