Feigning Angels

I have three Angels all of whom seem to be doing fantastically...But...They are lieing little buggers! Whenever I come near the tank they are there begging and if they do not get what they want there beautiful black stripes dissapear and they are suddenly pale *sickly* creatures. Amazingly as soon as food is provided they come forward like a shot immediately regaining their beautiful stripes, they also get there color back when I leave without feeding them! I assure you they are far from underfed...

Just wondered if anyone else had experienced this? I have never read about it but I imagine it must be pretty normal...?

My angel is a beggar too, but it seems like yours are also pouters.
