Firemouth, cons, sevs

Hi guys, I'm Kind of new to the whole central american area. I've been doing other types for quite a while though. My question is, I have a 55 gal. With 1 gold sev in it. What is the max ammount of firemouths and cons I can keep in there without over stocking?

Well with convicts make sure they are not a breeding pair or they will do some damage from what I have heard

Yeah, they can get nasty. The females have red in them thats why I want to just keep them.
