Can you get a better pic? Does it have really large lips? If so, I would say a placidochromis milomo (vc-10 hap). If not, something in Nimbochromis. Either way, this is a hap cichlid and will grow quite large.

Looks to dark to be a Nimbochromis, I'm leaning towards milomo.
