Not 100% but it kind if looks like a Parachromis Dovii juvenile aka the wolf cichlid. Unsure because I haven't much experience with SA cichlids, maybe another user can verify if I was correct or not

Hmm possibly again I have no experience with any sa or ca cichlids besides my angel, but I'll keep googling I think we're on the right track with the parachromis species

agreed I think Loisellei as well.

Even is it is temporary at this size you could wake up to all other tank mates dead tomorrow with no warning signs.

I had a 1.5" RTM (which is a close relative) kill a 3" pleco after being in the tank for an hour.
