Can you tell me what these are? Pet smart has the one on the left was labeled as a JD, which I know it's not. The one on the right was labeled as a red texis, which I have no idea.

Looks like a Honduran red point, possibly a weird convict, leaning towards the earlier. The second looks a bit odd, but possibly a regular Texas cichlid, herichthys cyanoguttatus or carpintis. Red Texas tend to be, well, red

The petsmart by me has the same "tex" labeled as a red texas also Non of them have ant color to them. They also have had fire mouths marked as flowerhorns and when I brought it to their attention they didn't believe me so people bought 4 dollar fish for 29.99.
