Fish ID please!

I saw this fish and I had to have it! LFS wasn't sure what it was, it was a trade in from another customer. I asked about its temperament and they said it was dolicole and didn't bother anyone. However since neither or I or they were sure what it is I can bring it back if it doesn't work out. Anyone know what it is?

Since I know next to nothing about cichlids... I did attempt to figure out what it is, although its doesn't have much color, I'm thinking maybe a cynotilapia afra maybe?
