The top one is definitely a blue regal peacock, aka red shoulder aulonocara hansbaenchi. I've never seen one like the lighter one so I'm not sure.

The first is a Aulonocara hansbaenschi and the second is a Aulonocara maylandi.

The lighter one is blue with the yellow but there is a female in the tank and the other one won't let him show much color.When he does the chase is on.
