There's an LFS in panama city beach that has several different kinds of dyed fish. I recall seeing glass fish, fruit tetras, neon parrots. I saw tattooed mollies at a store in carbondale il.

It's a terrible practice, and you would think that anyone serious in the hobby would know how they come into being, especially someone with a business selling them.
