flower horn chichild

hi friends I have flower horn in my 2-1/2 feet aquarium I dont have lid or light house on the top of the aquarium so ihave covered with thermacoal all is well.
late from two knights ihave observed my flower horn eating thermacoal by jumping it ate some part. little bit so will there be any problem with it or it can comfortable poop it or we have to take any measures

Your tank is too small and would need a proper cover. Not sure what this stuff is that you have used for a cover but if the fish can eat it I'm sure it's not that good for them
