Can anyone tell me what type of Flowerhorn this is please

IMO, the pictured fish looks more like a Red Texas cichlid hybrid, which is a close cousin to FH's. If the fish is a FH, it's not the high quality variety or its likely a female. There is no hint of a nuchal hump.
Either way you got a nice looking hybrid.

I actually keep a Red Texas FH. He is just a little over a year old and is nearly ten inches. At about five inches he became a serial killer and had to be moved to solatary confinement. He turned out to be a very good wet pet, a lot of personality.

Your fish has very nice pearling and a reddish tint. It might turn out to be awsome. Good luck.
