If its all he will eat than feed him the flakes. Make sure they are a high quality like nls or omega.

Try 1mm NLS Thera-A after fasting him for a few days, the garlic should get him to "bite".

I feed all my schooling fish omega one flakes and they love em. The color on them is out of this world. Only food I feed them other than nls.

Mine had a hard time liking the omega one flakes. I feed cobalt flakes to mine and Cichlid formula to my cichlids obviously

Love omega one my ice blue red top used to be dark grey with a little red started feeding them omega one pellets and in less than two months he was a ice blue with a lot of red and dark blue stripes love omega one here's a pic
