Found this guy in the feeder bin

We get all sorts of odds and ends in with the minnows. This little guy came in a month or so ago and was insanely tiny, but I could at least identify he was a cichlid even though he was a wee speck. Anyone have any idea what type? Someone suggested he might be a dwarf cichlid of some sort, but I haven't been able to find anything totally spot on.. and the pictures don't fully show it but his dorsal fin is getting a red hue.

Any help appreciated.

I think he just got mixed in at the fish farm before the shipment came in, so my boss gave him to me.

My first though was a female Apistogramma borelli.

Definitely an Apisto possibly borelli, but if it gets any more red/orange in the unpaired fins it could be macmasteri. About how big is it now?
