Hi I bought 3 frontosa about an inch long. 2 reds / 1 blue. I have them in a 20 gallon tank by theirselves until they start to grow some. I am currently feeding them cichlid flakes, shrimp pellets and frozen brine shrimp. I am rotating the foods every feeding. I have a pair of convicts that just had some fry. If I feed them to my fronts would it help them to grow faster or do you have any suggestions for faster growth

Frontosa are slow growers what they really need for faster growth is more room. The 20 gallon will reduce the rate of growth. but the convict fry is a good source of food.
