fry food?

I have a 30 gal grow out tank for our African Cichlids my question is: what are some good foods to feed the fry. If you have ideas throw them at me for any growth range they may me at.

I simply crushed up flake really fine and they loved it.

I crush up nls pellets for my fry.

I've been using flakes but maybe ill try using my nls.

I used Hikari first bites and ground up some hikari cichlid staple. They to like both.
