German Blue and Electric Blue

can i keep a pair of gbr and a pair of ebr together?

Sure you can, if your tank has room for them. They might also pair off together, I've kept ebr/gold rams together and they seem to stick with their own for pairing but would choose one of the others if they had to.

I'd go with a 29+ for 2 pair with no other semi aggressive bottom dwellers.
