Those rocks look to be marine???(like live rock with coralline algae)?:ermm:
What is the pH and GH of the tank?
Can't see anything in pic,but hard water is NO good for rammy!
Members will have a lot more questions before you get a good answer IMO.
Sooo,
tank size,temp,ph/gh,ammonia/nitrite/nitrate, filter used.
Who is in tank with the ram?
Rams will not tolerate stress or poor conditions IMO.

30 gallon tank, ammonia 0 nitrate and nitrate 0
Ph is 7.4 gh I think 6 first time I used the test kit tho.
2 gbr and 2 ebr school of 6 neon tetra.

Yah.. zero nitrates would indicate an uncycled tank to me. Rams are delicate and prefer mature/stable systems.

Tanks fully cycled,I thought that was the whole point to have zero nitrates?

^^THIS^^(Brooksters post)
But you need to do the test again and follow the directions to the letter and second!
Shake the living daylights out of the #2 nitrate solution.
Your pH and Gh seem fine but do the test again for practice and accuracy.
I am not a fan of internal filters and think the U4 is?
You need to be on top of your water changes!!!!
IMO the tails is from the other 3 rams whipping it!
Any idea on the sex of all of them?
What are your rocks???
Real,fake???
You need to create separate territories on each end of tank with "line of sight" breaks for them to survive each other IMO.

Real rocks, male female gbr I think 2 male ebr,the u4s an internal yes.

this concerns me?
Does the tank ever register nitrAtes?
How much water do you change how often?
a 2 month old set up is very suspicious IMO.
I not sure how to interpret "I thought that was the whole point to have zero nitrates?"
Are you confident you preformed the test properly?
