Good fish?

What are some good fish for a 125 gallon. I want larger more agressive cichlids/catfish.

Ok. Here is what I was thinking

1 peacock bass
1 or 2 oscars
Large pleco species
Medium sized schooling catfish would larger pictus work?
Breeding pair of convicts.

Depends on what size of fish your looking for. A 125g will support 2 large SA/CA with some smaller fish. I'm growing out some Red Terror Festae which will hit the 16" range, if your looking for aggressive their in the top 5. There's also dovii and trimac's.

Peacock bass are to large for a 125g IMO.

noooo! sorry 2 oscars and 2 convicts would completely fill that tank the oscar would eat the pictus and they get to aggressive when breeding and peacock bass gets too big

I mean cichla intermedia smaller than most peacocks.

I've seen a few videos on YouTube with oscars and pictus together. I've even seen peacocks spawn in a 60 gallon.

it just depends use aqadvisor for best results and then come back to AA and see what we think

Anything else I can fit in here?
