Green severum has something on mouth

I can't quite tell from the pictures, but could it be a fungus?

No idea....no other fish in the tank have anything like it...he ate dinner and everything...swimming fine, it doesn't seem to bother him...just worried. Should I pull him out and treat for something? Increase the water changes only?

Really hard to get a good pic.

For now you should just increase water changes until you figure out what it is.

Looks like nothing big. If it grows or gets, larger id be more concerned. A water change a day will keep just about anything away

It's almost completely gone today....I didn't have time to do a water change last night as it was late when I noticed the spot. What could it have been? Think it'll come back?

Could have been a small sore from running into a rock or something? Maybe a burn from bumping into the heater? I wouldn't worry as long as it doesn't progress worse.
