Growing really slow

I bought these two guys a week apart and they were the same size, but the one does not seem to grow. They are in a 65 gall tank. Any ideas?

Well for 1, you have a 65g tank. A single Oscar does best in a 75g tank. They get 12" each easily when provided with adequate space. I would re home everything but a single Oscar if you want them to live their full life. If not they are gonna become stunted and die

I know about the tank size this is just temporary I do have a larger setup available. Being the size they are I don't think tank size is an issue at this time

How long have they been in that tank?
