Help!!!!!

9 out of my 16 cichlids have orange Spots on their anal fins. Does this mean they are females ready to mate or is it some type of ick?

Are you sure they are orange and not yellow?

Kind of yellow/orangish... Some more orange

If they look like this, that's completely normal...

Haven't noticed it until I put 5 new ones in last night...

Almost all Africans have a yellow spot on their anal fins. Males are usually brighter

Well I didn't have caves for about 2 months... So I put rocks in last night and their color came out... I also put a 48" led light bar with 2 bulbs. Going get another bulb next week
