Help!

My new firemouths haven't learned to come to the surface for flake food. How do I get food to them? If I try submerging the flake food the other fish (my tiger barbs) get to it still before the firemouths who only get a little. If I use sinking wafers they are still not very interested and the barbs end up still getting most of it. Any recommendations?

Get rid of the flakes and get some new life spectrum thera a sinking pellets
Flakes are messy for larger fish. If you get the 1mm the other fish will be able to eat them too.
