A friend of mine just bought this fish and dosent remember what it is called need to find out if I can put into my convict tank

Yea I know we just put him into my 20 gallon quarantine tank . That was for transport in the car! Any idea what it is I have no clue if I should put him in my 150g with convicts ?

He is great in a 150 g now lol yes the bowl was for transport in car
