I think they are both female.. but not totally sure ..
they both have the metallic color going into their black spot... the one has a much rounder belly and very pink, while the other is skinnyer but still appears to have a pink belly.. I'm not sure what else to look for .. their dorsal fins look the same to me

Top one is definitely a female
Bottom one I'm in two minds about as it has longer pelvic fins and a slight point to the dorsal fin in one of the pictures which would suggest a male but I do see the slight tinge of pink. Saying that does the picture reflect how pink it's belly is? My females is very clear and bright like your female at the top of the picture. What's the behaviour like of the fish?
