What would be the best food for my baby (1-1/2") EBJD???

is that 1.5'' or between .5 and 1'' and pellets are good get the smaller ones so they can actual fit in his mouth

I would do 1mm NLS pellets. I fed mine soaked ones so that they were soft. Good luck with them. They are hard to raise. I had 4 and lost them all within 6 months. Not sure why they died. I have heard that the breeding lines are not too good.

Is brine shrimp good to give them???
