Help sex Laetacara Cerviceps

Hi,

Please help me sex my little Dwarf Flag Cichlid (Laetacara Cerviceps).

I need to buy him or her a mate.

Do I have a male or a female please?

The colour changes dramatically depending on mood.
It's about 2.5 inches (7cm) long and must be just over a year old.
