Help sexing my Bolivians.

I have 4 bolivian rams I picked them up about a week ago. All of them has colored up but one. I also have 2 3/4' gbr's. They all seem to pick on the less of the colored one.

Why is 2 a good question?
3 refuses to color up and continually gets bullied by the others.
