Is my johanni holding, though he was male but noticed a chewing motion and cheeks look big to me

Yeah it's probably a maingano. Only the male johanni is blue. And it does look like its holding. Congrats!

What do I feed them??

pulverize the pellets you feed the adults. The fry will eat the powder. feed them a lot. I grew out over 60 saulosi fry from 3 clutches at once. basically dumped powdered NLS pellets into the tub for a couple months.

Hikari makes first bites which is good food. It's what I use for fry.
