homemade African cichlid buffer

Question I usually make my own buffer out of epsom salt, baking soda and aquarium salt. Today I bought some cichlid salt but what do I still have to add along with it or is it the same as my homemade buffer?

I'm not familiar with that brand but it should say on the bottle or have an ingredient list. I bet its only salt with minerals

Has no ingredient list just directions. Says provides the best aquarium conditions for African cichlids to thrive and reproduce.
