I'm not sure witch one it is but its definitely a Haplochromis, that means its an african lake cichlid.

When I bought him at a local mom and pop pet shop they had him labeled as a burtoni ?

Mbamba is a mbuna it is for sure a hap.

but there are a lot of haps that look a lot a like so I wouldn't say its 100% right. Here is a link to all hap profiles if you would like to go threw it. They should only be stocked with other haps anything else may get ate lol.
