I don't now what to do.

My yellow lab appears to have some crushed coral in his mouth he can't spit it and there is open wounds around his mouth I don't now what to do

You could take him and open is mouth nd wiggle him around in the water till it falls out

He is really stressed so right now I have the lights off I'm about to try and catch him the get it out I hope it all works out too

i have tweesers and i can grab the coral but i cant get it out. it pulls on its cheeks when i try to yank it out

Gently wiggle it back forth while pulling out. Fish lips are allot more resilient than u think.
