If you have enough hiding places its possible they may survive but not probable.

Generally I find that if you have enough hiding places and feed adaquetly you will have a small percentage that will pull through and survive. Once they get a bit bigger, you will see them getting braver and braver and they will start coming out of the rocks more and more often.

Well I'm going to see what happens because I can't catch anything in this tank. When I made my 3 d background I wasn't thinking of it and made to many hiding places. I wonder what they are my electric yellows have been protecting that spot for a few days now.
