I have two female GBRs, a dark one always chases other fish, even bigger fish - American Flag fish and dwarf gourami. It also bite off the tails of my lovely Panda corries. It chases gold barbs, platies, mollies, guppies and ottos. The tank is 58 gal and well planted so the space is big enough for it. If I knew it is so mean, I wouldn't buy it. I am going to isolate it into a small tank or put it to rest.

Don't euthanize the fish. Give it to someone rather than euthanize it. Are you sure they are both females and not a male and a female?

I would consider adding a male or two to the tank as suggested. It may be breeding frustration that is causing aggression.

Do not euthanize. Return her to the lfs. There is no reason why she should be put to rest.
