Ich or not?

I have a small Texas cichlid (about 3 inches) and she has a small salt size grain spot on her fin. I thought it was Ich, so I raised the temp to 86 and put aquarium salt in the tank. 3 weeks have passed and the salt grain sized spot is still on her fin. She is acting totally fine with not lethargy or any unusual activity to show that she is sick. No other spots have shown up. Is this Ich? Should I try something else other than raised temp and salt? I would take a pic but it is very difficult, thanks.

Doesn't sound like ich, I really wouldnt worry about it. Just keep an eye on it to be sure.

Try to get a pic as it could be an infection or parasite
