ID please

Hello again. I just recently picked up these two at my lfs. They where in the "assorted" tank. Not sure what species, just know there African Cichlids. Any ideas?

2nd looks like an ice blue red top zebra but I could very well mistaken. First I'm not sure of because it looks like the coloration is still developing. But why is it in a glass?

My guess is to get the picture. I know how annoying of can be trying to get them to sit still for the camera lol
