Is that a sunshine peacock cichlid? He looks like he is getti g pushed around. I use to keep peacocks and found that keeping them in a large tank reduces aggression as well as not overstocking. I had mine in a 55 g and j had like 20 to 25 peacocks in that tank and found out right away that it was too small of a yank for that many. And adding individual housing for eqch wasnt goi ng to happen. I moved them to a 125 and the aggression went down. They will always be aggressive since they are cixhlids. Hope this helps. I would keep a close eye on him
