Is this normal?

My kenyi keeps going in there and I'm pretty sure she's stuck... I just got her out like 5 minutes ago. Here's a pic (bad quality sorry it's the tiny blue thing in the hole). Should I take her out again? Wait a minute... I just look up and she swimming around out out in the tank again. Ugh >.<!

If your really concerned about her getting stuck, id just remove the thing.
