Isolated Lab ready for Re-Introduction?

Hi,

I have a yellow lab that I've been keeping isolated for a couple of weeks. Initially, he was being harrased and lost all of his tail, swan strnagely and stopped eating. Since placed in his container, he's perked up. Eats regularly and his tail is growing back. He's still much smaller that the other Yellow labs.

How long do I wait until releasing him?

I'd keep him in QT until his tail grows back and he grows a bit more.
